Rock Island County Historical Society presents An Afternoon with John Hauberg.  Join Hauberg Quad City family members as they talk about personal remembrances of John and Suzanne Hauberg.  The Haubergs played important roles in the Rock Island County Historical Society, the Blackhawk Hiking Club and West End Settlement House.  John’s collection of Indian artifacts can be seen at the Hauberg Indian Museum at Black Hawk Park.  His interviews with early area settlers are on file at the Rock Island County Historical Society Research Library.  The family’s home is Rock Island’s Hauberg Civic Center.  Learn more about the Haubergs and their contributions to our community at this presentation which is free and open to the public.
