May is Preservation Month, and this year’s theme is: This Place Matters. Each of us has places that are important to us.  Places we care about. Places that matter.  A variety of special activities are taking place across the Quad Cities this month.  In the spirit of This Place Matters, attend an event, take a walk through an interesting neighborhood, and look for ways to celebrate the places that are meaningful to our community.
