Rock Island is working on a economic development tool that works to preserve of our historic buildings. Miles Brainard, Rock Island’s Community Development Department Director provided us with a description of the program. As he says, “This is a game changer.”

RIPS members have an opportunity to tour the Argus Building, which we feel is a highly endangered building. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
